A Terrovia all-season maintenance contract combines summer maintenance, mowing, hedge trimming, edging, and blower service, with winter snow removal, seasonal contracts with guaranteed response times, de-icing, and snow hauling. You sign a single contract that covers the full year, with an established intervention schedule for each season. We do not offer chemical treatments, fertilization, or pesticide-based weed control, our summer component is entirely mechanical.
Is this service available for residential properties?
No. All-season maintenance contracts are reserved for our commercial and industrial clients. For residential properties, Terrovia carries out paving, interlocking paver, and landscaping projects, but does not offer residential maintenance contracts.
Can I sign up for only summer maintenance or only snow removal?
Yes. While the combined contract offers the best value and the simplicity of a single point of contact year-round, you can also sign up for summer maintenance or winter snow removal separately, depending on your needs.
How often do your teams visit in summer?
Frequency is set based on your site’s needs, typically weekly or biweekly during peak growing season. We establish a fixed schedule with you at the time of contract signing.
How is the program adjusted between seasons?
Your program automatically transitions from summer maintenance to snow removal according to the seasonal calendar. Our team plans the transition in advance so there is no gap in service between seasons.
